Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Calculator (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Nature of the Service (Preliminary Estimators Only)
Calculator provides free mathematical calculators, material volume estimators, and packaging converters intended strictly for informational, budgeting, and preliminary procurement planning. The outputs generated by the platform do not constitute architectural, structural, geotechnical, or professional engineering plans.
3. On-Site Verification Requirement
Every physical construction site possesses unique conditions, including irregular subgrade elevations, moisture absorption, soil compaction ratios, and local statutory building code mandates. Users must physically verify all measurements, formwork dimensions, and reinforcement requirements on site prior to placing non-refundable orders for ready-mix concrete, masonry units, or custom timber.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calculator and its operators, contributors, and authors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Material shortfalls, overages, or delivery delays;
- Structural failures, settlement, or cracking in finished concrete or masonry;
- Inaccuracies in regional cost estimates or supplier prices;
- Failure of any installation to comply with local municipality permit requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
The website design, proprietary calculator registry schemas, branding, and written guides are the intellectual property of Calculator. You may freely use the tools and print job tickets for personal or commercial contracting projects, but automated scraping, reproduction of the calculator engine, or mirroring of our code is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
